Credit Restoration • Education • Development — Since 2006

Comprehensive solutions to complicated problems.

Improving your credit takes more than a one-size-fits-all letter mill. We meet you where you are in your credit journey — your file, your objectives — and bring the right resources into play: addressing the adverse reporting and the underlying issues behind it, building the tools and skills for continued success, and putting you back on the climb to your apex — the height of your credit potential.

Most credit repair firms write letters to three bureaus and hope. Apex works every side of the problem at once — the bureaus, the creditors, the collectors, and when needed the legal front — with your rights under federal law doing the heavy lifting.

Three sides of the work

Restoration. Education. Development.

Wherever you’re standing — buried in collections, watching habits quietly work against you, or rebuilding after the cleanup — the work has three sides, and we built a program for each.

1 — Credit Restoration

Fixing what exists. Inaccurate, unverifiable, obsolete, and duplicated items challenged on every front at once — bureaus, creditors, and collectors — with the FCRA, FDCPA, and your consumer rights doing the heavy lifting.

2 — Credit Education

Stopping what’s working against you. Targeted guidance on your actual file — the utilization habits, reporting behaviors, and account decisions actively holding your scores down right now, and exactly what to change first.

3 — Credit Development

Building it right after the repair. Not “apply for whatever comes in the mail” — a targeted plan for which credit to apply for, when to apply, how to use it, and how to maximize every new relationship for the greatest growth.

What we do

Multiple fronts, simultaneously.

Most firms follow a “one size fits all” approach — disputing with the bureaus only. We target the bureaus and the entities supplying them the data.

Credit restoration

Tailored challenges to Equifax, Experian & TransUnion on accuracy and completeness — driven by our Simultaneous Dispute Process™ and Rolling Dispute Process™, with new investigative cycles every 14–21 days.

Creditor intervention

Rate and term negotiation, goodwill interventions that leverage your standing with the creditor, and — where appropriate — negotiated settlements in lieu of total default.

Collection Stop™

We use your rights under the FDCPA to curtail collector contact by phone and mail — at home and at work — and demand validation before any continued collection or adverse reporting.

Debt settlement

Collectors bought your debt for far less than face value. We settle for less than the balance and negotiate removal of the trade reference in exchange for payment.

Case Assist™

Sued — or already defaulted against? Through Case Assist™, our attorney referral program, the merits get reviewed, answers filed, motions made to vacate judgments, garnishments stopped, and restraints removed. Apex develops the strategy and arms your attorney with the organized case file they need for effective advocacy.

Case Assist™ is an attorney referral program. Apex Credit Solutions is not a law firm; legal services are performed by independent attorney referral partners.

Credit building

Once the file is clean, we build: utilization strategy, account architecture, score monitoring, and the financial education that keeps you out of Phase 2 for good.

Nothing here is legal advice; attorney referrals are available for complex matters at their respective fees.

How it works

A simple process with a serious engine.

Forward your reports

Send your three bureau reports — or we’ll help you obtain them. Every cycle produces updated reports we track item by item.

We build your case

Your data goes into our Advanced Case Management System™; we identify and segregate the items hurting you, after a 1-on-1 consultation.

Apex in action

Investigation demands under state and federal law — to the bureaus, and at upgraded levels, to the creditors and collectors themselves.

Why scores matter

Higher ranges mean real money.

Between top-tier and bottom-tier FICO® scores, mortgage rate spreads of roughly 1.5 percentage points are typical. On a $300,000 30-year fixed mortgage, that’s about:

$300 more per month
$3,600 more per year
$100,000+ over the life of the loan

Illustrative; live figures move with the market — see myFICO’s Loan Savings Calculator.

Phase 1 in a box

The Money Reset™

A complete self-guided system — manual, worksheets, and the magnetic bill calendar — that teaches you to budget, contain costs, and eliminate debt before it ever becomes a Phase 2 problem.

The law is the leverage

We make your credit file face federal law.

Credit repair isn’t letter-writing and luck — it’s enforcement. These are the statutes we put to work on every case:

FCRA § 611

Your right to a reasonable reinvestigation of any disputed item — typically within 30 days — and removal of anything that can’t be verified.

FCRA § 605

The clock on negative information — most items max out at 7 years (10 for some bankruptcies). Obsolete and re-aged items don’t get to stay.

FCRA § 623

Furnisher duties — creditors and collectors reporting about you must report accurately and investigate disputes. We hold them to it.

FDCPA § 809

Debt validation — a collector must prove the debt when challenged, and must stop collecting on disputed debts until it does.

FDCPA §§ 805–807

Limits on collector conduct — no harassment, no false statements, no calls at unreasonable hours, no discussing your debt with others.

FCBA § 1666

Billing-error disputes on your card accounts — unauthorized charges, wrong amounts, goods never delivered or not as described, payments never credited. It’s the backbone of every chargeback we fight.

FCBA Protections

One more instrument in the arsenal — protections that keep a disputed charge from being used against you while the fight is on. Another front where your rights do the heavy lifting.

CROA

Your rights when hiring credit repair — written contracts, cancellation rights, no advance-fee games, no outcome guarantees. We lead with it.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Can questionable, bad credit be deleted or corrected?

If an item is inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified, federal law says it must be corrected or removed. Accurate, verifiable negative information generally remains for its legal reporting period — which is why our work targets what’s questionable, and why we also work the creditor side.

Does paying my bills restore my credit?

Paying on time builds your future — it doesn’t erase the past. A paid collection or charge-off can continue reporting as a negative item. That’s where validation, goodwill interventions, and settlement terms that address the reporting itself come in.

Can credit repair companies be trusted?

Some can, many can’t. Trust the ones that put the law on the table: the CROA gives you specific rights, including the right to do this work yourself for free. If a company guarantees outcomes, demands large upfront fees, or tells you to lie — walk away.

Can changing my SSN or getting a “CPN” help?

No — and be careful. Using a different number to apply for credit can constitute federal fraud. Anyone selling you a “credit privacy number” is selling you a crime. There is no legitimate shortcut around your own file; there is only cleaning it up.

Do negative items have to stay for 7 years?

Most accurate negative items can report up to 7 years (10 for some bankruptcies). But inaccurate, unverifiable, or improperly re-aged items don’t get to ride out the clock — they can be challenged at any time.

Should I just try credit repair on my own?

You have every right to, and we’ll tell you that plainly. What we add is 25 years of knowing who is reporting, how they respond, which challenges work in combination, and when to escalate from the bureaus to the furnishers — plus the persistence most people run out of around cycle two.
