Company Policies

Effective date: August 6, 2026

These Company Policies describe how Apex Credit Solutions, Inc. ("Apex," "we," "us") operates and what clients and prospective clients can expect when working with us. They supplement — and are subject to — the written service agreement each client signs, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

1. How our services work

Apex provides credit restoration, education, and development services organized around three phases: Prevent (budgeting and cash-flow systems, cost containment, debt and interest-rate negotiation), Protect (debt settlement, debt collection protection, credit repair), and Rebuild (credit building strategies, score growth and monitoring, financial advocacy). Every engagement begins with a free assessment so we can recommend the right starting point. The specific services, timeline, and fees for your engagement are set out in your written service agreement before any work begins.

2. Honest expectations

3. Your right to cancel

Consistent with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), where applicable you may cancel a credit repair service agreement without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing. Cancellation instructions and the required notice form are provided with your service agreement. For cancellations after that period, the terms of your service agreement apply — contact us and we will walk you through it.

4. Billing and refunds

5. Communication policy

6. Documents and client information

We handle your personal and financial documents with care, share them only as described in our Privacy Policy, and use them solely to deliver the services you engaged us for. When an engagement ends, we retain records only as long as required for legal, regulatory, and accounting purposes.

7. Compliance

Our practices are designed to comply with applicable federal and state law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Services may not be available in all states.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something isn't right, tell us first — most issues are resolved with one conversation. Contact our team at (888) 445-9343 or info@apexcreditsolutions.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within ten. Formal disputes are handled as described in your service agreement and our Terms of Use.

9. Equal treatment

Apex serves all clients without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
